We loved working with Zoe at Atelier Pip on refining our current drinks list and also bringing new creations to the menu. Zoe made a huge effort to understand our very specific requirements and got to grips with the range of lesser-known ingredients we use. Bringing a London sensibility to West African flavours is what we're all about and Zoe got that brief. We also very much appreciated her focus on working with the bar team to make sure her recipes and instructions were easy to understand and workable in a hectic service.
